My HVAC unit stopped working right before I was due to catch a plane out of state. I contacted Patton Mechanical, Inc and they sent a technician to my house, diagnosed that I only needed a heat exchanger replaced, after another local company's technician suggested that I would need to replace the entire unit. Patton Mechanical coordinated with me, via text, while I was away and managed to find out that the part I needed was still under warranty. Even though the part was originally estimated to have a long delivery time, they were able to get it sooner. By the time I returned back from my trip, Patton Mechanical was able to get the part installed and my heat back on right before the terrible winter storm that hit recently. Called about a recent problem with my HVAC system fan running and would not shut off On a Saturday. I received a text back that I had apparently called. I responded to the text on Sunday and a tech texted back-and-forth, trying to determine the problem and said he would get them to work me into the schedule on Monday if possible. Two techs came out Monday afternoon quickly determined the problem of a welded shut contact and also fixed my broken drain pipe. Both men were helpful and polite. I always appreciate the service I receive from Patton Mechanical.

Patten did a very good job of reconfiguring and installing our new HVAC system. They came when they said they would, treated us fairly, made sure everything was done correctly and to code. We are extremely pleased with the system and their services.
