Building the home of our dreams was a lengthy process. This was our first custom home, that we designed with our own Architect-so finding the right builder was very important. I purchased a Condo in Brighton in December 2019. I've called Paul Anthonys office numerous times, sent emails, texts, phone calls- over 2 years. We are still waiting to hear from Paul Anthony. We will have to spend thousands of dollars to repair what he refuses to fix. He did not complete repairs prior to close, and he will not answer us for our numerous 18 month Home Warranty issues. Never completed our punch list. Also, we have a cabinet unit sitting in our Garage for replacement for over a year and half. The cabinet they installed in the Laundry was 2 different colors. Very disappointing and dissatisfied in how we were treated, and the lack of communication. Also, we received a Vendor List, those companies do not respond.
