I had a new heater and HVAC system installed about a year ago, but the company that did the work was later bought out by a larger firm known for upselling unnecessary services. Wanting a more trustworthy option, I searched around and found Paul Brothers—and their reputation for honesty and straightforward service is well deserved! I called them for a fall inspection to make sure everything was ready for winter. They were professional, explained details about my system clearly, and answered all my questions without any condescension. I don’t expect issues with my units anytime soon, but when I do, Paul Brothers will be my first call. Highly recommend!

After being told by another company that my entire heating unit needed to be replaced, I reached out to Paul Brothers for a second opinion. They fixed the unit and confirmed there were no major issues at all. I really appreciated their honesty and expertise. An amazing experience! Made one call, Scott came out within just a couple hours. I thought for sure I was going to be told that I needed a new furnace. Nope!, not only was it an easy fix, he even showed me how to correct the issue should it happen again. I couldn't be more pleased. Simply not enough stars for their true rating! When the days comes that I need help again, Paul Brothers will be my Only call.

Scott from Paul Brothers Heating provided a second opinion on whether we needed a new heat exchanger for our furnace or a new furnace altogether. He found no issues with our furnace at all. The former company didn’t even tune-up our furnace, which is what they came out to do. I obviously should not have answered their ad. They were just busy trying to convince us to spend thousands of dollars to fix something that didn’t need fixing. Scott on the other hand, took the time to explain to us how it all works and assured us that our furnace still had a few years of life in it. Paul Brothers will have our business going forward for all our HVAC. They have the knowledge and integrity needed in this business and that’s what is most important to me.
