Paul came out really quickly, had a no nonsense approach, I detailed everything that was happening, he was quickly able to find the source without making a mess! Something not a lot of plumbers can do! He was also very respectful and knowledgeable letting me know what the plan was, how he identified the issue, the fix, and preventative steps. His wife handled the invoice and was very sweet and understanding everytime we talked. She also provided me with the invoice with just a few hours of Paul leaving which is refreshing! Overall, while I hope to not need his services again I believe I’ve found someone I can call my plumber!! Can’t recommend them enough!

We bought a 40+ year old house in North Side and the water heater looked rough and outside hose bibs were leaking. A friend recommended us to call Paul Brown Plumbing & Heating, so we did. Randon is great to work with over the phone and text. She was able to get a team out to the house in a few days to take care of the water heater hose bibs and to help us look at some other potential issues we had. The house itself was in rough shape so we decided to have them replace all the pipes to pex while we did other renovation projects. They came out three times and now the house has all new pipes, they fixed a drain pipe in the wall (another crazy issue we discovered after the fact) and made all the connections to the sinks, dishwasher, toilet, and tub. Paul Brown Plumbing did the plumbing for the contractor who built our house. In the first year, we had numerous plumbing failures, that resulted in drywall damage. Luckily the home was still under warranty so the builder was required to fix everything. However, we have had regular issues ever since. We have been lucky enough for these problems to be minor and relatively easy to fix. However, we have recently found that they did not properly seal around the faucet spout, and the water has been running behind the tub and into the wall when the shower is being used. We are just now seeing the evidence of this from a water spot on the ceiling. We have hired a competent plumber to come and fix everything that Paul Brown Plumbing has completely screwed up. I would recommend staying far, far away
