As longtime customers, we've always had excellent service from Paul Burdick Oil -- not only oil delivery, but also HVAC installation/repair/servicing. Despite another reviewer's comment, nothing has ever had to be redone. Highly recommend.

When a good friend of mine got out of the oil business I was stuck. So I asked him who to use. He recommended Paul. The prices are fair, the office is responsive and friendly, and the repair guy was VERY knowledgeable. I can't recommend strongly enough.

I had them service my furnace and it then made a horrible rattling noise. I let the secretary know and they sent the tech back out but his repair didn't solve it. A few days later I was charged $75 so I called to voice my displeasure and was told that Paul would call me, nope, not until I canceled both of my accounts. Then he said the problem was because I had a window out in the basement (I removed to replace a damaged pane a few days after they did the service). When I told him that the window was repaired/replaced and the issue persisted he tried to say it's because we don't keep the house as warm as my grandmother, whom I bought the house from 17 years ago. Yup, makes complete sense, it randomly started 17 years later. This guy has zero integrity.

My house have been run by Paul Burdick Oil for more than 8 years. It’s a great company and a true pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

Highly recommended family run company, incredibly knowledgeable, as well as helpful in all they do! I'm happy to say these are the guys that I can always count on to ensure my family, and I always have oil to stay warm in these blistering winter months here in Connecticut!
