We used Paul Culver Construction to renovate my Mom's 1920's home to make it more open and functional. Paul and his team did a beautiful job. Mike was great to work with and even in these crazy times their timelines were reasonable. They were very responsive if we had an issue or problem. MAJOR RENOVATION In response to a negative review by my neighbor 5 mos. ago, I wish to give my observations and dealings. As I am out of town, I had to choose someone I could trust. I chose Paul Culver Construction not once but twice for my large renovation. It was a two step process having a budget to stay within. I hired him 6 years ago and he came through for me. His work was exceptional. Paul and his team went above and beyond for me. I again hired him March 2020 to finish up what we started. Again, he exceeded standards. I was again out of town during the construction process and could not travel due to the state wide Covid restrictions in my state. I later came to inspect the completed job to find everything beautifully done! Any damage issues that were referred to were promptly add

They rebuilt a walkdown that led from my house over the sandunes and down to the beach. The construction crew were professional, very tidy and did a nice job. I would definitely hire them again.
