Antonio was very quick to come out and start the cleanup of our flooded basement. He immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers. He and his team took good care of us during the cleanup process. He pays attention to detail and went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. Very good company.

This past August, a perfect storm—literally—of terrible weather events conspired to cause our sump pump discharge line to back up and completely flood our basement with 6 inches of water. I reached out to Antonio Massa of Paul Davis Emergency Services and he was there with his crew the next day to start the pump out. Within a few days they had the entire basement dried out with their amazing state of the art equipment. They evacuated all the destroyed items (saturated carpet, furniture, etc.) without damaging anything else on their way out. Antonio is also a master at homeowners’ insurance claims submission and made that process easy for us also.
