Excellent management of water damage caused by a leak in the roof and a bathroom drain. Joe O'Connell was extremely detailed concerning the work necessary to remove areas of the bathroom to be replaced by water damage and mold. His team did an excellent job managing the entire process. We were grateful to have them take care of this project and relieved with their attention to detail!! Joe made several visits to ensure everything was completed. If you have water damage better call Paul Davis!!

Joe and his guys are professional, knowledgeable and understanding of homeowners needs. I appreciated the quality communication that Joe uses when discusses meetings ,expectations, etc. I hope to not have to use Paul Davis again for a flooded Kitchen and basement but god forbid that happens again, Joe and his crew at Paul Davis are who I will be calling.

Joe was here within an hour of our call and he and his team worked quickly to remove the water from a flood and start drying things out. He handled all of the coordination with the other aspects (cleaners, trash removal, movers) smoothly and without us having to worry about it. He was either here or checked on us daily until the situation was mitigated. He and his team made a very stressful situation less difficult. Highly recommend.

Joe and his team came into my home, assessed what needed to be done, got approval from the insurance company, and scheduled the start up cleaning. They arrived on time, were respectful and thoughtful of my home. They finished ahead of the cleaning schedule, so other teams could come in earlier to complete their job. Joe has always been on the other end of the line if I had any questions or concerns. If there was a level of 15, I would rate them a 20. Great people make up this great company.

Five days before we were to close on our home we got water in the basement during a torrential downpour - along with the rest of our town. In a panic, I called Joe O'Connell who responded immediately and made the time to help us. Joe is a total pro - he was calm and efficient.
