Project Manager Julio Colon and his team did a good job with my mother’s home. They were professional and quickly returned any phone calls or texts, ensuring they kept us in the loop with all details of the job and with any changes that needed to be made. Furthermore, I was highly impressed with the rapid response after initial contact. Within two minutes of the insurance company calling them, Paul Davis was ringing my phone and setting up appointments to come in to ascertain our needs. We had a toilet start leaking upstairs which ruined our garage ceiling ,walls and upstairs floors. USAA recommended Paul Davis to do the mitigation and reconstruction. Whole process took about a month from start to finish. Julio was awesome. Contractors did an amazing job with flooring and paint, took their time and did everything right. Looks like it didn’t even happen. 10/10

Julio and his crew transformed my kitchen and laundry room into a new, updated space by installing new tile floors. They also helped me fix some signs of wear throughout my kitchen, which help it feel like home again. His team worked around the clock to make sure the job was done with precision and care. I had a great experience with Paul Davis. They were quick to get someone here and get the ball rolling. They were very flexible with my hectic work schedule. Julio was amazing and nice. The painters and the floorers did a quality job. My house looks amazing and way better than when we bought it new. Highly recommend.

Paul Davis Restoration saved the day for us. There was a fire that damaged most of my house to some degree. The contractor recommended by State Farm had made a complete mess of inventory and removal of the contents. I was totally overwhelmed with the situation when a friend of mine had a water damage claim that was handled by Paul Davis. It was through my friend I met Adrian who immediately set me at ease. He handled everything we needed from the mess left by the other company to the uncooperative adjuster. Then his amazing crew did the tear out and clean up in the blink of an eye. I can hardly wait to see what Andrew & Julio can do with the repairs & post some pictures. Thanks to them I'm confident that everything is going to be ok. They have been a blessing.
