So again we had sewer backup from all the rain on July 31,2025 Paul Davis restoration came in and did a wonderful job. Jesus and his team are great. They were very nice and polite, they moved quickly. Did a lot of work in 2 to 3 days.

We used this company for remediation and restoration after a water issue in our home and their work was superb. It was thoroughly professional, well-coordinated and done in a very timely fashion. Every person representing Paul Davis who came into our home was highly accommodating and professional. This is probably our best experience ever with home contractors. It was far better to use a company like Paul Davis to handle everything rather than just hiring a remediation company and then hunting around for individual contractors to do the restoration. We could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Paul Davis to others.

I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps someone else. We had a pinhole leak behind our refrigerator that caused mold inside the wall of our utility closet. The initial emergency service company (not Paul Davis) immediately pushed us toward an insurance claim, charged excessively for minor tasks, and created unnecessary fear around the situation.
