Outstanding company. Due to an unfortunate fire at my apartment bldg in Williansville, I interacted with reps from this company! Samantha, Peter and crew are all exceptional. They cleaned all of my household items and moved me across the hall to a different apt. They have been accommodating, compassionate, professional and responsive. I would recommend them to one and all. On a scale from 1 to 5 They are a 10!

They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or facility until you are 100% satisfied. Sam is great to work with, and she is absolutely incredible and attentive! The Paul Davis team is highly recommended by me!

We’re incredibly grateful for the support we received from Paul Davis during a very stressful time. Sean was outstanding—professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation more manageable. He handled communication with our insurance company and coordinated with multiple vendors, which lifted a huge burden off our shoulders. Sean was always accessible and responsive, and his calm, confident presence made a big difference. Recently, the senior apartment building where I reside had a fire on the second floor that damaged and/or directly effected 7 apartments, that's about 12% of the total apartments in the building, along with two hallways. In the interactions that eventually take place, I met a young man named "Rob". I found Rob to be both professional and knowledgeable, not only in his immediate field but also with all aspects of the restoration process. This was not only very helpful to me but also very comforting to several other residents in the building who had no idea what to expect or when to expect it. Additionally, Rob was consistently thoughtful, a good listener, kind, exceptionally caring, patient, and always in action, moving methodically from one task to the next, almost like choreographed danc

Our home was in a shambles because of a broken water line and the Paul Davis crew came in and immediately went to work. The crew leader Sean was fantastic and always available immediately for any questions I had and some I hadn't even thought of. His workers were polite and very clean and handled all of our items with care even going so far as to put our bed linens in construction bags to protect them( my wife greatly appreciated that) Overall they made a stressful situation so much better!
