If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! They promise you the world in your time of chaos and then lie and bs you the entire time after you sign! We had a fire and there were multiple Units involved due to a neighbors unit catching fire. All of our items were mixed up or lost, my dresser was broken, my brand new bed was brought back and assembled wrong and without half the screws, and with stripped bolts, my mirror for my dresser returned weeks later and without any of the screws and bolts to attach it. The manager in my case lied multiple times and promised answers and pawned things off on other members. I was ignored weeks at a time. I called corporate complaint line four or more times and was promised answers and help and then never once got so

Paul Davis is a restoration company that we have worked with on a few projects here at our large apartment complex in Kansas City, MO. Devin has been the best representative to work with. He is very attentive and easy to get ahold of. He is only with getting estimates over to us when requested. I have also used them for counter top replacement, which has been a top notch experience.

We had an issue that needed repaired on our bathroom ceiling. It was a true pleasure working with Mick, who came over and took the initial measurements and pictures for the estimate. It was very fairly priced, which we were pleased with. When the work was done, Mick came back to assess the end result and he had the workers come back to paint the walls as they had gotten chipped after they fixed the ceiling. The end result looked great. Mick is such a nice guy and it was great just chatting with him. Because of him, I will absolutely use Paul Davis Restoration for future projects I have around the house (and highly recommend them to anyone else).

I received a list of contractors from my insurance company to repair some interior work caused by a roof leak. Paul Davis was on that list and the company I ended up hiring to do the work. Jeff came out to look at the job and discuss what had to be done. He took the time to also walk around the house and answer some other questions about repairs not related to this one. He was honest and patient and took the time to let me know what we should and what we should not spend money on. The next group that came out to move furniture and discuss paint colors. Extremely professional, careful during removal and clean. Next came the project manager and the drywall/paint crews. we worked as a subcontractor for Paul Davis Restoration on a large project in KCMO and never recieved full payment. We are still owed over $9,000.00 on the project and Paul Davis will not respond. We have been given numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to the local office, and national office with no reason given, or resolution to the shortage. I would not recommend ever doing business with this company! We have only done one (1) project for this company. We would love to talk directly to the owner of this franchise if we could get a phone number or working email address.
