Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Vermont

I recently had Chris and his helper, from Paul Davis, for a restoration project at my home. There was a water leak down through the ceiling into the finished basement. Chris and his helper were efficient and professional while also taking the time to talk and explain the work they did. Patty, in the office, was very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

After a great initial response to my water damage, Paul Davis has not been able to schedule a time to follow up with the repair work that he quoted for me and my insurance company. I have called for MONTHS and he has not been able to schedule my work. His office staff were polite, but I am not impressed by the failure to follow through with their work recommendations.

Chris and Ken understand that major damage to a home, such as happened to us, is a traumatic event. With professionalism and empathy they have been guiding us through the difficult process of fixing the damage and rebuilding our home. They provide expert advice, with consideration of our budget limitation, and execute their work professionally.

The Paul Davis staff was very professional and truly nice to work with. I feel that everyone was so helpful and the moving experience was easy and well handled. I appreciate how comfortable the staff made me feel and would definitely use them again.
