I'll update this review later, but to put it short and sweet this company dropped the ball big time. Didn't fully do the remediation correctly and then months later found sitting moisture soaked into my entire floor with mold. I specifically told the team on site there was a very high chance the water ran down the back wall due to the lean of the house. They didn't listen, only took up what their eyes could see and months later - MOLD, everywhere. My entire house is potentially ruined because Paul Davis doesn't know what they are doing nor do they listen. Their project manager that was hired by my insurance company quit, we got no phone calls for weeks. Todd was pleasant to work with, but that is it. Not to mention they took some of my personal tools that I was using to help remediate. A

We had a water leak coming through our ceiling in our garage, and the restoration team did a great job fixing it. James Lockridge and Kaleb Wuertley handled the initial work by dehumidifying the attic and running heavy-duty fans for four days to fully dry everything out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process during the thanksgiving week. The following week, Eric Armstrong came out to repair and finish the drywall. He did an excellent job completing the work and made sure everything looked good as new. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and appreciate the teamwork and attention to detail from everyone involved. Highly recommend their service!

In a time when everything was so stressful and chaotic, Paul Davis Restoration was Godsend!! The crew was very professional and empathetic to our situation. Over the 5 days thay were here, they kept us informed to everything they were doing and how the job was coming along. The crew, James, Charlie, Kaleb, Tim, and Nate, worked hard And some were even here every day over the holiday weekend. I cannot express how thankful for each one of this crew and all their hard work. I HIGHLY recommend Paul Davis Restoration!

There are not enough amazing things I could say that justify the experience I had with Paul Davis. From the time my house was lost in a fire to the time it was completed, Robin and the entire team at Paul Davis went above and beyond to ensure the work was done promptly, professionally, and that I was informed. My home was challenging to say the least, yet the team at Paul Davis made it seem easy and I feel comfortable knowing my home was in great hands during its reconstruction.

I felt the actual repair was eclipsed by the service of the technician. Eric is an expert regarding customer experience as well as an outstanding repairman. He took the time to teach me about the procedures prior to starting the work. He checked in with me during the process and advised me of each step. I felt like I was in a classroom with a kind professor. When everything was done I wanted to break something to give him another reason to come back. Paul Davis was used as another organization contracted them to repair damage they caused. Now that I am aware of how they operate I would absolutely call them about future repairs.
