We used Paul Davis on the recommendation of a tree removal company after a tree fell in our driveway and broke our fence. Paul Davis did not receive the proper approval from our insurance company on their estimate but communicated to us that everything was good to go and began work on getting the tree removed. We also were never told that the funds approved by our insurance company did not include their overhead and profit fee, that we would have to pay ourselves out of pocket. We were repeatedly told everything was approved. Had we been properly informed of all of this, we never would have agreed to use them.
