No restoration company is better. Our family was out of town for almost a week and came home to see a toilet had over flowed and flooded the majority of our downstairs area. This was just a couple of years after we remodeled our house. I called my insurance company and they recommended Paul Davis. The Paul Davis crew came in and took care of the rest. Getting the water up off the floor, making sure there was no mold and packing up. They answered all the questions and made or family comfortable. All this in a short about a time. I never give reviews, but felt this was needed to help other families that someday may be in the same situation. Ty and his Paul Davis crew are the best!

Paul Davis underpromised and overdelivered when another company failed. They are professional, communicate well and use the latest techniques for moisture mitigation. 9/29 - I have to edit my review, because not only did I use Paul Davis for mitigation, I also used them for reconstruction post-mitigation. I was pleased that the same approach where I communicate with one person for answers, regardless of who is onsite, is in place. It makes it much more straightforward than communicating with a rotating cast of people where nobody seems to own such a complicated issue. I was also happy that I did not have to search for someone else to put my crawlspace back together after so much damage had already been done.
