Our experience with Paul Davis company was terrific overall. Everyone we met was kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. We were lucky to work with Liz, who is a dynamo and explained everything to us. Also a man called Jordan was so very nice. The job took longer than anticipated but ultimately things were back to normal. I would definitely recommend this Paul Davis.

I am so happy with the fantastic work Paul Davis Restoration did on our master bathroom, bedroom, closet, laundry room and kitchen. Karen was our project manager and she was terrific to work with on this project. She always communicated the next steps in our project renovations, worked closely with all the contractors and shared when they would arrive so I could make arrangements for my dog. Everyone who came into our home was polite, considerate and left the place spotless. The attention to detail, terrific communication skills and dependability have been truly AMAZING! Karen, is the BEST! My husband and I are so happy to have worked with this great team!

I could not be more pleased with the work that Paul Davis Restoration did on my home which had a huge tree fall on it during a bad wind storm in February. The tree was removed within weeks of the incident, but repair was very slow to start. I quickly learned that it was no fault of Paul Davis, but was my insurance company requiring more and more information, pictures, etc! Your people worked diligently to get me quality products and to make sure the job was done properly! I was so impressed with the people I worked with...Heidi Coleman and Gary Douthat were always available to answer questions and keep me updated and on top of things. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had working with a business. They lied over and over again. They delayed the project by weeks. The 3rd party contractors they sent out did sloppy work, were unprofessional, and left huge messes. I honestly wouldn't wish Paul Davis on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and use *anyone* else. *Update* Since Google doesn't allow you to reply to replies, I just have to edit my review to follow up with your response. 1. We didn't go with you for the non-insurance work because it took 3 weeks to get a quote. By the time we got one, I had waited to weeks, then got 2 more quotes, and got the work finished. 2. Our insurance forwarded us all the communication. You consistently lied about sending everything in. You said it was sent when it wasn't
