Paul Davis company was the company we reached out to for our water damage mitigation and reconstruction services. They are very professional, quality work, and great service. They help guide you along the way and all steps, and prices are reasonable for the amount of work they did. Definitely was recommend and at least relieved some stress and headache from this whole ordeal. For mitigation, the first contact is typically Ray and he’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He examined the area and gave us a quote same day, and we scheduled mitigation right away. This review is only for the mitigation not rebuild and repair. Had a pin hole leak in my pantry and had a lot of water damage. I was paying out of pocket and Paul Davis had fair pricing. Rey and his team were amazing. Since I was paying out of pocket I did have multiple companies come give me a quote. Some companies were demanding more, some around the same price. One of the reasons I chose Paul Davis was that there was no pressure when Rey came to do the assessment of water damage. Paul Davis Restoration (Corona office); to be honest I was very hesitant to do business with Paul Davis because of some of the Google reviews but insurance recommended due to warranty. So glad I trusted and went with them. Paul Davis did a beautiful job restoring then remodeling kitchen and 1 bathroom after water damage and remodeling an additional bathroom and flooring downstairs. Before today I had no idea this place existed in Riverside, so I did not know if they would be a good company to remodel my house. This company and the people who work for this company are useless, good for nothing. The construction company that they partner with are not professionals. The owner of Castle Construction and Brian were very disorganized, they don’t care if the work gets done professionally. They installed my dishwasher and they did not install it right. All the water poured out on the newly installed floors. There was only one construction guy that was working. When he came to install the floor, he wasted a lot of the flooring. The employees are great and professional. It's too bad that AAA is taking so long to get the proper companies to come to complete the repairs to my home.
