Great experience! Both the remediation and restoration processes were wonderful. For the restoration, Bob and his crew were very detail-oriented and knowledgeable. Excellent support and guidance through the whole process. Even attended to little things that made staying at the house so much easier. Timely communications throughout. Could not recommend them more highly.

In what was a horrible time and really close to Christmas Paul Davis really came thru. My tech Sean was great really went above and beyond. The tech was there when my inspector came and talked thru that with him, and really made the whole process seamless. I loved the communication and updates thru the whole process. Shout out to Mr Sean Grubb and manager TJ if everyone at Paul Davis is of this caliber im not sure why anyone would call Serv pro.

Great experience working with Paul Davis company in Wilmington NC. They communicated effectively through the process, got the job done quickly, showed up when they were supposed to for all appointments, everyone very professional and the work looks great. Complete replacement of storm door and back door. They went out of their way to do a job well done. Would use them again.

They helped me find a water leak in the master shower that was now showing up on the garage ceiling. The staff took care in removing the contents from the garage. Placing it in two conex boxes. After the plumber fixed the leak your crew repaired the garage ceiling. Looks almost like it wasn't a leak. Your good people allowed us time to go through the contents before Placing it back in the garage. They even took our old unneeded items to the dump for us. This is a company with many helpful workers and personal that helped us get through everything.
