I had a lot of trouble finding a good, effective and reasonably-priced plumber for my house and a couple of rental properties. Then, the heaven's smiled on me and led me to Paul Vielhauer Plumbing! Sherry is a beast of an office manager, carefully extracting the information she needs to dispatch whatever needs to be done to get the job done quickly and correctly by skilled (real) plumbers - not "technicians." Since Paul and Sherry and their team have been handling my plumbing, I've never had to have anything repaired/replaced twice - it just works. Reliably. Their pricing is amazingly affordable. Paul Vielhauer Plumbing gets it done!

Very positive experience. Sherri answered the phone and was exceptionally helpful. Knew her stuff. On the next day, Corey and Vincent arrived promptly, drained and removed our old water heater. Then, installed a new water heater and hauled the old one away. They protected our floors. They answered all questions thoroughly. Very professional - highly recommend! Also reasonably priced.

We had two plumbers, Corey and Julian, at our house today to replace a couple of bad spigots. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When we find good service providers we stick with them and will definitely use Paul Vielhauer Plumbing in the future.

October 11, 2024. Dominic arrived right on schedule, listened intently to my description of the work I needed done, asked the right questions, then set about completing it very efficiently. He was very affable through the process, didn't mind me asking questions, and I learned a lot from him. He completed two big jobs in less than three hours, to my perfect satisfaction (and I'm pretty picky). I thought the cost was quite reasonable. I've worked with Vielhauer for more than twelve years now, and have always been extremely satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing work you need. And I really enjoyed working with Dominic, a real professional and an excellent communicator.

Plumber showed up exactly on time and was prepared for the job. What other plumbers tried to charge us $600+ for, Paul Veilhauer Plumbing was able to diagnose the real issue in about 10 minutes and only charged for their brief time here. Excellent service and will be using again along with recommending to friends. Good to know there are still honest companies out there!! AA++
