Paulk's Well Drilling & Services

The only reason there is one star on this review is because you have to put one to be able to post. My husband called Friday and left a message that our well was not working. I called Saturday and left a message. It is now Monday night and they have not bothered to return the call. I'm glad I called another company Saturday morning. They had us up and running right away. If Paulk does not want to be in business, they need to take down their website.

We have used this company for our well issues since buying our house 2 years ago. Over the past 3 weeks, we have called to report an issue numerous times with no answer OR if there was an answer the person in the office couldn’t help with the issue because they didn’t know how to work the computer, those were the exact words coming from the lady on the phone. I would not recommend this company. We had to call another well drilling business and within the hour, they were at our house and fixed the problem for a reasonable price

We have been without water for two days. Our landlord contacted this company to solve the problem. Two gentlemen came out for an hour, replaced PVC pipe, told me the toilet flapper needed fixed, and left. I fix flapper and go out to the pump house to see what they did, the pipe looked good but was leaking, bladder pump not touched, and the well pump still is not bolted down like asked. When contacted the hours later to find out where they were, they said they had to get a part and would be back. Then when I called they office to complain, after finding out they aren't returning and instructed to call a plumber, the office personnel was rude and stayed they would not talk with me because I was not the land owner. They stated they know the pipe is leaking but our problem is inside not outsid

This is a very unreliable company. We called to have a new well put in and they told us that they would be out by the end of the week. At the end of the first week they said that they would be out the beginning of the next week and every time we called it was the same thing they just gave us another date . The lady that answers the phone always seem to have an attitude and wasn’t very professional. When they finally did make their way to the house after all the time we waited they said they couldn’t fit their truck in our front yard that is far from small, about half an acre and they’ve been out there and looked at the house and said nothing about their truck not fitting. All in all do not use this company call anyone else.

The receptionist was nice, but that is the only good experience I had with paulk. I initially called in my issue on Tuesday morning, I was told they would be out to my house that day. Wednesday came and went then Thursday, each with assurances they would make it out by the afternoon hours and that they would call before they came. I went ahead and called another company, they said they would call me with a time within the hour. They actually called and gave me a time... then actually made it to my home. It is now Friday and Paulk still has yet to call. I understand they are very busy, but they are dealing with someone's ability to access water they should be honest about their ability to make and keep an appointment.
