I ordered 3 trees from these crooks in March totaling $68. First they never informed me that the shipment will be late. Then when I contacted them, they said it will come in mid may. When may passed, I contacted them and they said that they received a return because I do not line at the address. I wasn't aware that the system automatically re-registered to my old address that I used in 2011 to buy from them. So, they sent it to the wrong address but never informed me with a shipping confirmation or an email. So I was never aware of the incorrect address. After I explained that in an email, they stopped responding to my emails, not returning phone calls. I'm trying to obtain a refund but can't even get a hold of them. Went round and round with them. Paid $125 for trees that never arrived. I reached out to them numerous times about arrival but it was always being pushed back for undisclosed reasons with zero notification. I finally asked for a refund as after more than a year I never received the tree I paid for. Never received a refund, they just stopped responding to my emails.
