The guys at Paul’s carpet did an amazing job, they were able to repair damage to our sub flooring, find the color and shine we wanted, and had great communication through the whole process. Our home is an old Florida home and they understand and respect that. They updated the floor while still keeping the real quality wood and matched a varnish that didn’t look out of place. Fantastic work, would recommend!

I paid 20,000$ for this job and since the very beginning I’ve complained about the stairs job. The floor was “ok”, but the stairs were terrible, from my experience is was very low level of installation and quality, not a good experience. The installation was horrible, the stairs are just breaks because they weren’t installed properly. The owner just ignored and he answer after I’m chasing him and he’s making up excuses and not taking any responsibility.

Dealing with Brian was wonderful and the installers were just as professional! Very satisfied!
