Paul’s Electric has gone above and beyond to help our family out these past two days. We had a neutral problem with the main feed to the house on FPL side of things, ended up without power for a little over 24 hours. Between Paul, his guys, and his office lady they made a big stink with FPL to get the issue to at least be temporarily resolved. The lady in the office, all the guys call B, even showed up to our house with a generator so we could power our fridge until FPL arrived. We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Paul scheduled an appointment to meet us for an estimate on January 5th at 10AM. But, he didn’t show. He didn’t call. And he didn’t return any messages. He had to have listened to them, his email was full and then it wasn’t. Instead he just wasted our time and had us drive 90 minutes for no reason. I read similar reviews on Google, but hoped we wouldn’t end up on his ignore list. Unfortunately, this appears to be the norm and not the exception. Do yourself a favor and call someone else, before his unprofessional behavior causes you to waste your time as well.

Paul has done 3 jobs for me. 1 big one and 2 small ones. He is meticulous and doesn’t take short cuts. He shows up when he says he will or let’s me know if he’s running late. I trust him to analyze what’s required of the job and price it fairly and the finished product is perfect. He cleans up after himself…..you don’t even know he’s been there. I trust my mechanic implicitly and now I can add an Electrician to my list of trusted Skilled Tradesmen. 5 stars for Paul Electric!
