Paulson's Floor Coverings

We requested a quote from a couple of other companies and we had one that was unresponsive and another that was pushy. Overall, Troy at Paulson’s was professional, kind, and answered all of our questions without pushing the sale onto us. He gave us a fair price and was transparent about all costs. We highly recommend going to the store, we were initially set on what we wanted but were able to find a better priced floor on discount when we went to the store. Instillation came a little late because our initial installer was not able to do it so we booked with another one the following weekend. They were amazing! Cleaned throughout every step and we can tell they’re very experienced. We love the outcome!

Store had a good selection. Troy was very knowledgeable. Explained areas to compare on the different carpets. Walked us through the process. Came out to measure and worked up solid numbers. Then helped us fit within our budget limits. Great experience. We will definitely be back.

This was my 2nd experience with Troy Wright & Paulson's. Call me old school, but I'm not real impressed with the new workforce and their apparent lack of sincerity, dedication and listening ability. Troy, on the other hand, has been in the business for "many" years and has proven to be very dedicated to Paulson's. His long term employment there is proof of that. I appreciate his experience and knowledge. He was able to provide insight and experience to me along my journey to select the perfect pad and carpet for me. Troy at Paulson's is honest and considerate. I asked him to come to the home I newly purchased to view the carpeting for replacement. He measured the rooms, inspected the carpet, and suggested to keep the carpet until any remodeling is complete. The markup of the rooms that he measured will be kept in a file for when the carpet truly needs to be replaced. Thank you, Troy.

We decided to go with Paulson's partly because they are so well known in the community. Going into the show room it was immediately clear that they were going to be prepared for any job we asked for. I worked with Troy and he had such patience for any of my questions and never hesitated to give me his expert opinion or guide me to the answer I was looking for. Scheduling was easy and pain free. When it came to install, Yuri was able to work us in earlier than expected, he was kind and considerate, respecting our home and making sure he left the place clean and safe. I honestly couldn't be happier with our two bathroom tile installs.
