I have been using Pavement System for over 20 years. Jay Land and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Regardless if the job is a small quantity of patchwork, or the full blown milling and replacement of an apartment community, Pavement Systems always has provided us with excellent service and a quality product. They are one of the best subcontractors I've had the pleasure working with.

Our condominium complex just hired Pavement Systems to patch over two dozen pot holes. We are very happy with their work. They were thorough, cleaned up after themselves, and did the work in a timely fashion. We hope to use them for future patchwork and other asphalt projects.

I had a store in Lake in the Hills that was under pressure and needed some major asphalt work done. Pavement Systems went above and beyond to take care of my asphalt needs within one working day and at a good price. I highly recommend these guys around the Chicago area!

Pavement Systems seal coated and stripped Abundant Life Fellowship's church parking lot . Pavement Systems did a very nice job and stripped the parking spaces exactly as planned. I dealt Mr. Land. He was very professional and even offered advice on the parking space design.

Our condo association contracted with Pavement Systems 1.5 years ago to mill down our lot 25,000 square foot lot by 2" and then pave over with new asphalt. They were done the same day and we opened the lot for the 60+ cars a few days later. After a year of curing, Pavement Systems returned last fall to reseal and restripe the lot. This spring it has survived our cold and snowy winter and is in great shape. I'd use them again and highly recommend them.
