Pavestone has "upgraded" their 4 inch retaining wall blocks. We had 2 pallets of the blocks delivered to our house ordered through Home Depot and 1 pallet was the old version, the other pallet the new version. We made the mistake of not fully opening one of the pallets before we made it through a significant portion of our project with what we have learned is the old version of the stones. The new version is made of cheaper materials and hollowed out on the bottom clearly to cut costs. They have offered us some discounts, etc. But no one has helped us to find the old version of the stones so we can finish our project without having to tear out and re do it with their cheap new blocks. We would rather pay full price and have what we need to finish and be happy with it, then have to redo our

I arrived here to pickup a freight and checked in at 1:00 pm. Pickup time was till 4 pm, so i have a lot of time to load. They issued the documents and told me to get in line for other trucks. I stood in line for 3 hours and was next for loading. The loader driver comes up and says that he will not load me and the truck behind me today. He went home. Stunningly. And I stood there and waited for free. He says come in the morning. But they only pay $1.7 per mile for this cargo, so it's not interesting at all. Disgusting attitude towards drivers and the awful organisation of loading processes.

Bad and Nice at the same time to load your truck. Bad because they stop loading you if at that moment a pavestone truck arrives, and that is why there are long delays. Nice everyone they are nice people and good mode. they fast loading between 6 am to 12am and they load on Saturday because high season.

Owner Operators BEWARE!!! YOU WILL BE LOADED LAST. PLAN ON HOURS IN LINE. PLAN ON UNPAID DETENTION. THE RATES ARE AS LOW AS THEY GET AND YOULL BE TREATED MUCH THE SAME!!!
