Pavilion Parking Garage

I mean it’s a typical parking garage I like it because there’s almost always guaranteed parking here plus I don’t have to hunt for parking somewhere it’s convenient and I can remember where I parked since it’s a parking garage kinda hard to miss plus it’s not to expensive like 10.00 or less for anything over three hours I think, you can pay for all day too I can’t remember

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We are on vacation and used this garage while we were at the beach. We were at the beach for about an hour and a half, only to return to our back passenger glass shattered, my wallet and my husband's Nike shoes stolen! To my dismay, there are not any cameras recording ANYTHING. We had to sit tight, wait for the police and still had to pay $10 for parking when we left?!?! That's a complete rip off! If they are charging $10 for a few hours, the least they could do would be to have security cameras. Sidenote: One of the police officers said a similar occurrence happened last week at the same parking garage. I will NEVER use it again and want to make any consumers aware of the danger their vehicle is in while in this garage! Lesson learned!

There's a review on here that says it smells like pee near the stair and she's not lying or over exaggerating lol. It definitely does because I'm sure that's exactly what it is. I've been parking here for 3 years now and I've never had issues with my vehicle. I have never parked here at night or over night so I can't tell you much about that but during the day it's perfectly fine and the price is awesome compared to other places. Not too far of a walk either.

Came here with my family memorial day weekend 2022. Thought that it would be a nice easy way to park to have lunch on the boulevard, little did I know it was going to be a terrible choice. Once myself, my wife, my dad, my brother, and the 2 small children got parked and out of our vehicles on the 3rd floor we roll the kids to the elevator to find a scribbled note "Elevator not working" This is a MAJOR ADA violation and until the elevator is repaired and operational this garage should not be used. We then proceeded to the stairwell only to be hit with an overwhelming smell of urine and puddles of it everywhere while traveling down the stairs. This alone nearly caused us to not eat lunch it was so digesting, smelly, and unsanitary. We proceeded to go to some shops and lunch and upon our ret

$5 All Day parking - close to beach. Easy access. Disabled and Purple Heart park FREE. Quick & easy. There is a Port-a-john on the ground level in case you can't make it back to your hotel. Plenty of beach shops and food along your walk. Ripley's is right down the street from this lot.
