I utilized Lemmy to soft wash my tile roof as well as to pressure wash and seal my paver driveway and lanai. He was always prompt in his communication. I feel that he went above and beyond in proactively raising any concerns he saw with my driveway, and leveled a number of pavers for me that were either lifting or sinking without charging me extra. I felt that I received great value for what he charged, and the driveway and lanai look great!

I needed some pressure washing after this last hurricane so I reached out to Payero pressure washing. I had him come out and evaluate what was needed as we have been in this home for 7 years now. He recommended full exterior and roof so we took his recommendation. Not only did he do an amazing job on our home, while on the roof, he noticed I had some shingles missing that I wasn’t aware of from this past hurricane, took some pictures for me and sent me them. This would have been something I would have never knew of if he didn’t recommended what he did. The house came out like new and changed my mind as I was considering repainting the whole house. To top it off, he even cleaned my mailbox which I also was going to replace thinking it was needed. Best decision made was hiring him to pressur

Lemmy Stripped off our old Sealer from our Pavers, added New Sand and 2 Coats of a Water Based Wet Look Sealer. Turned out Great. Lemmy is Honest, Hard working and charged a Fair competitive price. Highly recommend him!!
