Where to begin!! Vinny was wonderful, & so was his entire installation team. He helped us pick out the perfect, high quality carpet & had it installed for us in an extremely timely manner. He was diligent in asking the right questions to find the best carpet that suited our family - right down to the type of padding that would be suitable for a very active baby! Payless was affordable, timely & extremely pleasant! Highly recommend !!
They’ve done work for us 25 years ago and again this year and let me tell you they are just as efficient as they were back then! They have fair pricing and do an overall great job. I would recommend them and will definitely use them in the future again!
Highly recommend! Transparent and friendly customer service. Payless installed a runner on our staircase did wall to wall carpeting upstairs and carpeted the basement stairs. Awesome and detailed work, would use again and recommending to relatives!
It was such a great experience working with Payless. Vinny was so helpful, they did a great job with the installation. Carpet came quickly, prices are great. It looked so great, and I'm so happy that they were able to make a little area rug to match for me. I highly recommend this store, very easy to work with.
