Payless Gutter

After consulting with 3 roofers and 3 gutter companies, it was determined my gutters installed by Payless Gutters were not installed correctly. When I had my home re-roofed yesterday 12/2025, there was a gaping hole due to the gutters being installed too high. I had Javier Tenorio, the owner come to my home to realign the gutters properly. This man was very argumentative, talked down to me in a very disrespectful tone and quoted me $500 to fix his installation. I could not wait to get him off my property. He discounted anything I had to say even after viewing the rotten wood. After I had a new roof installed, I phoned his company and sent them the picture of the hole in my roof during tear off and he had the nerve to quote me $550 minimum to fix his own screw up. Do not use this company. P

The experience was good at first. I agree to pay a pretty high price for some gutters. That’s ok I didn’t mind that. It did bother me that when my clients pointed out how one gutter was curving a little bit. I ask Payless Gutter to come and adjust, no big deal right. Well they sent a guy with no tools and no ladder to repair?!?! Nope he was ready to show up and blame everyone else and everything else instead of taking 20 min to adjust. Definitely wasn’t the plan to adjust gutter. I have been a contractor for 28 years and I have never had problems with gutter companies. They are coming back to repair 3 days later but not before hoping in his truck and peeling out in gravel driveway flinging rocks everywhere! Made my blood pressure rise!! This company deserves more stars, the best of the best in the area, the owner is very sincere, very polite and does not want to leave you without money, very fair prices and quality, highly recommended
