This company did an amazing job at a much much cheaper price than the former company had quoted in a much faster time than they were able, I will be definitely calling them for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We called to see what their rate was and got 2 different answers. I called to have them replace my fan on my tankless water heater still under warranty. They came out, ordered the part and came back the next day to put the part in. They never gave me a quote for the work and then dropped a bill of $495. There were no notes about the price. I called and talked to the owner for a long time. They do not know what they are doing. Their pricing is so screwed up. They were totally deceptive and claims to have worked 3 hrs total, but I have on my own record that they were on site for no more than 1hr and 20 min. Then he trued telling me that they charge for travel time. Which still did not add up to anywhere near the bill. Had no issue with the technician, but their pricing

I'm still in shock at the extremely poor level of service I got today (9/2/2014). Plumber arrived at 8:45 a.m. to repair a leaking dishwasher line. He took a couple of seconds to look at the problem with his flashlight and said he would have to go look for parts. Over 2 hours went by with no contact from the company. I called them and the woman who answered the phone said "He can't find the part. He might not be able to fix it." I waited 3 more hours and called back at 2:00 p.m. She said he had gone on another service call and probably wouldn't be able to fix it. I told her I was going to call someone else who knew what they were doing and told her that she should have called me to let me the know the situation. Called another plumber and he had the problem fixed from start to fin

I will never use Payne plumbing nor will I ever refer them to anyone (Not even to my enemy). I chose them off the good reviews from NextDoor, the associated (Tim) they sent over for a plumbing issue in the home I’m purchasing. He is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve encountered in a long time. He charge the saler $130 and he didn’t even do any repairs .

Typical Plumbing Co. No tools to the the job right. Charged $180 I recied nothing. No fix No prospect of repair. Just a simple conjob and promises to charge $2500 on the next visit. Ya know I consider myself lucky to get this guy/company off my property without the cops getting involved. But This company is much much worse. What this guy did is cut up some of the root and stopped before the job was finished. Leaving a wood blocked main hoping for more work. Get this talked to the owner same line and stated for $450 more would cut the roots out.
