From the first thought of a remodel to the final product, the process with Payne & Tompkins was fantastic. They treated our house like it was our own, had weekly checkpoints with photos during construction, and made sure understood the scope of work at each phase. They made us feel like we were part of the team, and never like we were working with “contractors”. Always responsive with questions, calls, and updates on entire timeline.

They are not the lowest cost, but they do excellent work. Very creative in design, adaptable in making changes along the way, strong attention to detail. Outstanding customer service: our kitchen project was completed 3 years ago, and we just had a problem with the stove; while it was out of manufacturers warranty, Payne and Tompkins covered the service visit.

Payne and Tompkins provided exquisite design, quality installation and prompt communication. We value their expertise and love entertaining in our timeless custom kitchen. This addition has brought value to our home and we received endless compliments from friends and family. We highly recommend.

Working with Payne & Tompkins on our rebuild was great. I personally worked with both owners and both are stand up guys. There were some challenges in our build as we were starting around the time of Covid shut downs. Through it all Payne & Tompkins communicated with us and even looked way ahead to make sure all materials were available to continue our build. They proved that even through all the tough times they put their customers first. Thank you we look forward to other projects in the future.

Payne & Thompkins team we’re great to work with! Dave Payne, Leslie Reddy, and Kyle Krebs were fantastic! We wanted to add architectural elements to create a warm and cohesive living space. Leslie took my ideas of wanting to add wood, black, and white elements which started with our main feature wall of cabinets, TV, and electric fireplace in our gathering room! Her design was magical and better than I could have imagined! We added wood beams, wood hood, wood island, and wood around sunroom opening to keep flow from the feature wall to the rest of the open living space. The morning room with gorgeous tiled coffee bar with shelves and lights completed the project. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INCREDIBLE TEAM FOR THEIR DESIGN, PROFESSIONALISM, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Dave, Leslie and Kyle
