Payne’s Heating and Air Conditioning Services are Awesome. Last year we had an issue with our Nest thermostat, when the owner came out he diagnosed the issue rapidly and determined that the thermostat base ring had failed. As our heat-pumps were 19+ years old, he mentioned they would need to be replaced in the near future due to the limited supplies and cost of the refrigerant. Fast forward to this spring and we were ready to make the required updates. Their team came out and took the necessary measurements and provided us with our options for replacement units. We chose new Daikin units, within 5 days they had the units ready to be installed. They came out and within 10 hours took out the old units and installed the new units. Just moved in and needed a new unit. True professional service. Explained everything so I could understand. (Unit, Warranty, etc). Easy scheduling in under a week. Harold and his guys came out to check my HVAC system that stopped cooling yesterday afternoon. It was partially lucky timing on the phone call, but they were at my house within 30 minutes and had my system going within 30 minutes after that. Nice guys that knew what they were doing!
