I called with a question about my peerless boiler to make sure my hvac contractor was steering me in the right direction. They REFUSED to talk to me and said they would only talk to my contractor. I was always a big fan of supporting this local company, needless to say once this boiler wears out, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Very disappointing, and I’m flabbergasted that they wouldn’t even entertain a simple question.

Multiple problems with my PF110. I have had to replace the igniter 5 times and the sensor twice. The gas valve also failed and needed to be replaced (the part 54180 alone was $444). Parts are very expensive, a simple rubber burner gasket (part 54186) is $30 and it couldn't cost more than $1 a dollar to make. Also notice that there is no contact phone number. In my opinion, I would look elsewhere.

If it was the greatest company in the world they would have operational telephone numbers and you wouldn't just have to contact them through email. Absolutely ridiculous never had to go through this in my 24 years working on boilers and tankless units. Never had a problem contacting any companies like Weil McLean, Takagi, Utica, RINNAI, Navien, HB Smith, A.O Smith etc. In my opinion everybody should have a customer support and tech-support just like Navien if not hopefully better because they are the best when it comes to us technicians and the customers of coarse. Unfortunately I have a old widow who is cold right now, because the company doesn't want to invest properly in their company. Newsflash the recession is over now, time to reinvest in our companies. PB Heat, LLC address is almost the same as mine. I get stuff for them and call them to come and get it. Shipping manager gets 5 stars. Main office for not fixing website with my address 1 star!
