I had a very good experience with PCA Wildlife. The girl on the phone was kind and worked to get someone to my house on the same day. Chris, the wildlife expert, was really wonderful. He was able to come quickly to our house and easily found evidence of a raccoon in our crawlspace. It had already moved on to greener pastures and I appreciated his honesty to let me know it was no longer there. He identified ways to avoid critters to enter in the future and will provide me with an estimate tomorrow morning for the work. I feel like they are honest and extremely knowledgeable.

I had a super positive experience with PCA Wildlife removal. This was actually our second experience with squirrels in our attic, the first was several years ago. Jana responded quickly to get a tech to assess our problem. Chris explored all of their entryways and came back with a quick and lasting remedy. The work was completed to our satisfaction — I didn’t even need to be at home while they were working. We had a similar experience the first time they came, several years back, that’s why we called them again.

Chris came out and did an inspection to determine what animals we were dealing with. Very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Extremely helpful and nice with answering questions and information. Jonathan came out and set up to help get rid of critters. Very nice and knowledgeable. Great dealing with a company that has the experience and knowledge.

Chris Best was the technician who came to our house. He was arrogant and he had a very superior attitude. It was his way or nothing. We already knew we had a squirrel problem. I tried to show him pictures from 2 days ago but he did not want to see them. Mr. Best said we would receive their proposal within a few hours but all I have received is this survey and an invoice for the visit.

PCA Wildlife responded the same day I called. The communication has been wonderful. Nelson arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, what he found and what the next steps were. So far, we have been very happy working with this company.
