We chose PCM to fully renovate 3 of our bathrooms and are so happy with not only the results, but also the process. From the beginning to the end, Cynthia was right there to help with the design, selection & project management. The workers in my home were respectful, courteous and kept things as tidy as possible. PCM worked with me on the timeframe for completion - making sure to get the kids bathrooms prioritized and completed before school starting. They worked weekends at times, always with my agreement, in order to move things along quickly. When issues arose, they always worked to find solutions instead of playing the blame game as I have seen in the past with other contractors. We recently hired PCM Flooring for a flooring installation project in our home, and we couldn't be happier! The entire PCM Flooring team was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the project. Their showroom has a wide variety flooring options, which we found to be better quality than any big box store! During the installation, the team treated our home with care, protecting our furniture, and maintaining a clean work environment. They took time to ensure every floor, trim, and transition was done correctly. No detail was too small. The installation team listened to any concerns we had along the way, and made sure we were happy. We highly recommend PCM Flooring!!

⭐️ If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what I would give. PCM Floors is, without a doubt, the worst long-term flooring company I’ve ever dealt with. We spent nearly $30,000 installing flooring throughout our 3,500 sq ft home, trusting PCM after multiple conversations with Cynthia, who specifically reassured us that this product was a great choice for a busy family with four kids and a dog. Durability was our #1 concern, and she promised it would be the right fit. That promise could not have been further from the truth. Within less than two years, the floors began to crack in multiple rooms—kitchen, kids’ bedroom, and master bedroom—completely separate areas of the house. PCM just completed a bathroom remodel for me that came out better than I could have imagined. Pablo and Cynthia were wonderful to work with and their crews were on time, tidy, personable and talented. I couldn’t believe the transformation in just 2 weeks! I cannot recommend PCM enough. We had a wonderful experience. Their crew was courteous, professional and efficient. Their work quality is unmatched. We assumed replacing our dark, dated floors would cost a fortune but we were pleasantly surprised at the pricing. We absolutely love our new Luxury Vinyl Floors.
