Working with PCS Pools was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, Cher guided me through every step of the planning and design process with so much patience, creativity, and care. She really brought my vision to life and made it feel easy and exciting. And I can't say enough great things about Kayla—she was incredible at managing my project and staying in constant contact, especially since a lot of the work was happening while I was out of town. PCS Pools did an amazing job with our pool renovation. After getting 7 quotes, they were the only company that was timely and reasonable with their quote. David and Bri were always available for any questions I had throughout the whole process. We had a fiberglass hybrid pool and they brought it down to the concrete shell, added a hot tub/spa, added a sun shelf and raised an existing shelf/seat. They did all new tile, coping, piping and pool finish. They removed our existing pool deck and replaced it with pavers. They even installed in-ground cantilever umbrella bases that I ordered at no extra cost (game changer!). They gave us a timeline and finished exactly on that date! From start to finish pcs pools was a class act. They started our dig on March 5 and we were filling our beautiful pool by April 19. Dave and Bri responded immediately with coming out to our property to do the measurements. We can’t say enough about how responsive and professional this company is.
