Pdg Roofing

Due to some electrical work, PDG Roofing came to repair my roof and did a great job. I called and spoke to Paul on a Thursday and he was able to scheduled my job for the following Tuesday. He was prompt and on time and the roof repair looks great. PDG Roofing had replaced our roof back in 2018 and we have had no leaks and it still looks great. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend him and use them again.

Paul had a great personality but customer service was a little lacking. He did 2 roofs for me. Both I asked to have permitted. Both were not. I'm glad that there's the possibility of not having to sell before the life of the roof is about up. I was willing to pay the extra for permitting and asked several times about it. Paul always reassured me that he was taking care of it but never did. I'm confident in the quality of his work but still could really screw people needing to sell. For this reason I would not use PDG roofing...

I hired pdg Roofing 4 years ago to re-roof my house. Paul never completed the job or the permit. My flat roof was not put on right and is leaking. I contacted Paul at least 15 times about completing the job. His answer to me was he didn't like my attitude and he wasn't going to to honor his work. Worst experience I've ever had with a roofer and I've had many houses done

Paul and his crew were wonderful! We had a garage roof leak on a Saturday. Called 4 other companies. PDG Roofing was only company willing to come out on a Saturday. Did a quick patch, then returned on Wednesday to repair the roof. They were very efficient and very reasonable pricing. Personable, professional, efficient service! Will use again if we ever need to.

We had our roof done 5 years ago and are in the middle of selling our house and found our final permit was never completed. Paul will not return any phone calls to resolve this in the past week. The city did manage to get a hold of him, to be aware of the problem, and now he isn't answering to them either when they try to follow up with the situation.
