Came in the store and wasn’t even acknowledged. Need to work on being present and not staying on phone when customers need assistance.

My dad has been doing business with this company for a while. Recently my dad got a water heater and it was the wrong model and he has never had issues with returning the water heater and getting the correct model. His last interaction he was told the water heater wouldn’t be able to be exchanged because it’s out of the box but he has been going here for years and has done it many times. They chose to argue and not put the customer first when they clearly won’t lose money if they do take a brand new water heater that just didn’t fit. They were very disrespectful towards my dad who’s native language isn’t English and then when my dad left and went to the lawrenceville location they called ahead. At the Lawrenceville location once again they denied my dad and after arguing my dad got a small

Salesperson was helpful. However, customer service on issues not so much. We received a damaged light and store manager was unsympathetic to the fact we had to pay for installation twice. Unsympathetic to the fact that the “manufacturer” could take 6 weeks to answer concern. I did get a replacement fixture, but until I pay to have second one installed, I will not know if it hangs level either. Restocking fee is on me if I decide I can't live with defective product. Compared to other store policy this one is hard to swallow. Won't be returning.

Amazing products in a very nice showroom. A lot to choose from. However customer service at front is not the best. Had to visit the showroom 3 times and there is no greeting at all.The phone can ring forever before someone decide to pick it up. Not to mention the first girl that help us the first time ( very polite and trying to do her best) was on “training “ per other employee; resulted she ended up sending a wrong quote. Should be better if an experienced employee can revise it before sending it by email?
