While Bruce is very nice, we began to have issues with the quality of his work and his timeliness fairly early on. Initially, we explained that we were a little more flexible with time constraints, and I think he took that and kind of ran with it. For example, I explained that our POD storage was to be picked up on the 6th and that we needed to move some things back in to the house. He said that was fine, and that he expected to be done on Monday (the 2nd). Suffice to say, that was not the case. Upon arriving at the house, I found that he was still working and that there was stuff all over the place. He quickly tidied up, and we were able to squeeze thing in, but I was quite disappointed. Also, there was no way he was going to be done by the 2nd. I'm doubtful he'll be done by next Monday(9
