I got hung up on too! Called the number, person who answered just said "hello" (super [un]professional). I needed a car key cut. After sharing my vehicle's make, the person said no and hung up the phone on me. I called back, giving them the benefit of the doubt and advising I didn't need the key programmed, just cut. They still refused. I'm sorry, if you're not willing or able to cut a small piece of metal to match another piece of small metal, you're either lazy or an incompetent locksmith.

We called today to have a lock changed for our company and the technician showed up right away. He was polite and quick. When we asked for additional work he told us he had another job scheduled that he wanted to be on time for but would come back. He honored his word and was back within an hour to finish our additional work. Highly recommend.

Javi came to replace, rekey and repair a broken patio door lock. Charged for the parts, labor and service. When he left, it was noted the lock was BROKEN. Called to office to report and request remediation. The office manager hung up on me …. Could not get through for HOURS the following day. THESE PEOPLE ARE CHARLATANS! DON’T USE PEACH 24/7 Locksmith Service! !
