Chris installed my new unit yesterday and he was wonderful to work with!! There were a few unexpected delays, but Chris was more than happy to stay late to make sure the job was complete. We didn’t have AC for a week so we couldn’t be any happier and appreciative that Chris made sure to get the job done in one day! I had an AC emergency yesterday. The company sent out who I thought was a technician. Instead I was graced with a master technician. Mr. Deal comprehensively assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem. He explained the situation from a mechanical and electrical perspective. He showed me pictures illustrating each point. He explained what could be done then as well as my options for truly fixing the problem. I am so impressed with him and this company. Of note was his daughter/ apprentice Rachel. Bright, charming and totally committed to learning from her Dad. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service.

Peach State originally called me to ask if I was interested in having my system checked. I haven’t had any issues, but it’s old so I did want to have it checked over. Robert was our technician, he found a system starter that was ready to go out any time. He was very thorough with his explanation of the problem. So we had it replaced, and everything else looked great. That was on a Friday, by Saturday I noticed an issue. I left a message Sunday night and to my surprise I was immediately contacted! He came back Monday morning, found and fixed the problem. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
