First off their customer service is one of the worst. I called and asked them for an estimate, they gave me a time and date. They didn't show up saying we got really busy; they never even called, I had to blow up their phone to get them to call me back, then on the day they were supposed to install them I had to call them to find out what time they would be here. All I got was after lunch. I told them I had a dentist appointment at 3 and that all that needed done was the front gutters removed , because the back was already done. I get a text at 3:09 while getting work done on my teeth asking me if everything was ready, even after telling them 4 hours earlier that it was and that they could start.
