Replaced our oil fired furnace promptly when it died, very happy with their service and their techs. Keven was excellent! We've had lots of other work done by them and we've always received outstanding service and will always call them when we have any issues with out heating/cooling & plumbing. If I could give more stars, it would be a 10. I drove my boiler mad, it cracked, and within 3 days I had a new one up and running with top-notch new plumbing to go with it. I couldn't have asked for better help especially with it being cold and a infant to keep warm. They answered every stupid question I had and helped to teach me a lot while also making sure that everything was taken care of far quicker than I could have hoped. Professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly kind. You've made a customer for life, guys.

Andrew and Zach came through to help with a clogged up oil furnace. After being over-quoted by another company, these guys were super helpful. They were clean, fast, professional, and very understanding about working with a limited budget. Super grateful to these guys and would have them back again for future maintenance.

I had an old furnace/AC system in my house and i should have seen this day coming. Went to use it for the summer and all i got was room temp air. Called PB heating & cooling and setup an appointment for a few days later. Tech came out, started to look at the outside unit, hooked up his gauge, and gave me the bad news that the system probably had a hole somewhere and all the refrigerant leaked out. He was honest and professional about it. He said i could pay to have them diagnose it more but in the end the result will be the same. Answered every question I had and was up front about what he would do in my shoes. He called his boss and he was out at my house about an hour later to get what he needed to quote me a new system.
