I was super excited to find a repair service willing to work on a vintage gas stove in my home. I waited over a month for Eldon to come diagnose the stove. I explained that it had been disconnected because it may be leaking gas. Eldon arrived at my home, but didn't bring anything to connect the stove to the gas, so he could only look at it and see if parts were available, not actually diagnose it. He said it would be another 4 weeks till he could come back up and hook the stove up. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to repair the stove, I couldn't wait that long on having a working kitchen.... so I was out the service fee. Sad!

Clean, professional and excellent pricing!! Eldon came with his son, explained everything to my elderly homeowner. Fixed a fridge and washer in under an hour! Very reasonably priced and super personable! Will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to everyone I know!

I dropped off my microwave for inspection because the door didn't close completely. Within 3 days, Eldon provided me with a summary of his electromagnetic leakage test results and suggestions. Fast, friendly service!
