Peachtree Movers

As of 01/13 nearly a MONTH after my move. They have ceased contact with me entirely and are refusing to refund me. AVOID THESE MOVERS AT ALL COST. I paid $1,871.50 for what was advertised as a premium, full-service move. Instead, I experienced one of the most careless and stressful service interactions I have ever had. Despite clearly instructing the crew not to pack certain items, they ignored my directions and wasted approximately one full hour of billable time packing items I explicitly told them not to pack. One of the movers later admitted that his supervisor was wearing headphones and ignoring my instructions during the move. Entire areas of my apartment were not checked, including my laundry room and shower, while other areas were packed inconsistently. An entire rug was left lean

We did get moved. Communication and resolution of damaged furniture and interior of house has been very poor. We moved almost 2 months ago and we are still trying to get email responses and information related to how things will be repaired or replaced. Things were damaged due to how they were packed in the truck and thrown in a box as well as the truck leaking in the rain and damaging several light colored chairs. I had always heard great things about the company, so I am very disappointed that we did not have the same experience.

My move was only a few miles away so I though how bad could a move be? Lol They sent one less mover (3) than any other mover quotes (4) and said it was fine. I had them pack my things and could have used another packer/mover. They ask you which level of insurance you want, I just said don't break My stuff. " They don't give them scissors so they are just breaking/manhandling tape rips. The boxes were filled with no thought. When unpacking you'd find random things. Side table broken. Expensive art jammed together in an art box with no protection from banging against each other. Dented frames. Left overfilled boxes and said they couldn't take them. Mind you I've moved from 6 states away and never had that done. I had to ask to put these boxes in my car so I could drive them myself when

The Peachtree Movers team were efficient, professional and thoroughly provided a successful move for my furnishings. Everything was expertly wrapped, hauled and placed in their trucks and I was very satisfied at the other end as they unloaded and unwrapped and carefully placed things in my new home.

My experience with Peachtree movers was top tier. My communication with Sheryl the coordinator was warm, caring and friendly. My movers Angelo, Larry and Warren showed up bright and early and ready to go.They progressed during the day and were always posiive and hard working. What a great team and I am thankful to them for making my move day a smooth day.
