I cannot say enough great things about the amazing customer service Stacey provided me with. She has a ton of knowledge, she follows up and follows through on all conversations and promises, and does it with an amazing attitude! Same with Scott who came out to ensure no rodents had gotten into my house due to all the woods around me. He was efficient, timely, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. You don't get robots when you get these two, you get amazing, genuine people who go above and beyond for their clients! The world needs more people like this in it!!

Stacey solved my issue, ethically, when no one else could. Amazing Customer service. I called 7+ places to inquire about the potential of removing some Carpenter Bee's from my home without harming them. She took the time to give us the appropriate information, we were looking for without trying to up-sell us or exaggerate the problem. We felt listened to, and left feeling as though we'd had a personalised experience catered to our exact needs. Should the time ever arise that we DO need to call again, we'll be calling All Pro Pest Services, and asking for Stacey. Amazing customer service is hard to find these days.
