Peak Fire and Flood

After my 3rd floor unit was flooded from the 5th floor unit above me, in the middle of the night, my HOA contacted Peak. Ryan & his team arrived bright and early the next morning to come to the rescue! They were very professional, had the most current technology to scan for damage inside the walls, and made plans for the 1st part: demolition! I ended up with the laundry gutted, the carpet padding removed, and a significant portion of the living room/bedroom wall being removed. Then I had to wait for my insurance to catch up. After our basement flooded in Denver, Ryan and his company took charge and not only fixed our basement, but made it more beautiful and functional than before it was damaged.
