Customer Reviews
The cost is nuts. You will not have street level stair or elevator access. Customer service does not assist in building entry, " walk up the ramp" to your car. No non-handicapable warning.Park somewhere else, let others suffer and not you. Parking in a paid garage is always annoying, but it is mentally, financially, and physically extra to park here. You will not make the mistake again.
PEAK DOES NOT POST THEIR ELEVATOR LOCATION!!! If you walk on Brazos, past this location, there is a sign indicating the ELEVATOR ACCESS!!! If you drive into it, there are NO SIGNS INDICATING THE ELEVATOR ACCESS; only that there is a STAIRWELL??? The Central stairwell and elevator are the same location! It is dangerous to navigate driving the WRONG DIRECTIONS, very ( steep 35° grade), and being Extremely NARROW. $40.00 noon to 5 pm is EXCESSIVE!!!
This was the weirdest and worst parking garage I've ever used. First, you have to drive on the opposite side of the ramp, so if you're used to driving on the right side in America, you might go in the wrong way initially. People from the UK would be right at home, so I suppose that's an upside. (But like I said: weird.) Second, there isn't a lot of space on this ramp to drive or especially walk. Not only will you have to get used to driving on the opposite side within seconds, but you'll be dealing with a very tight and dangerous space to drive in. So many Texans drive huge pickups, so good luck if one of those drivers actually want to park in this garage, the back of their trucks literally poke out into the driving ramp, and because the turn is so tight, I wouldn't be surprised if someon
Do not use their car detailing services. Left my car with scratches all over it :(
If I was anyone wanting to park anywhere that Peak Parking manages, dont!! There is an individual named Jeff, he is a very rude individual!! I'm not sure how he has a job. If you would listen to him how he speaks to some of his employees and customers. He could be handed a lawsuit!
